Health & Safety Standards at Risk if MO Amendment 3 Passes

The above picture is of the Columbia, MO, Planned Parenthood clinic in fall of 2018. That black tube is supposed to be clear. The black is mold because they neglected to clean the machine after sucking children out of wombs (it had last been used 5 days earlier). This was discovered when the state health department did a surprise inspection of the clinic & this resulted in the clinic’s abortion services being immediately shut down (almost 4 years before Roe was overturned). If Amendment 3 passes, Missouri’s health and safety standards would be gutted, which means this (or worse) could happen again.

I learned about this from Kathy, who leads the 40 Days for Life chapter in Columbia. I was going to recap what Kathy shared with us, but instead decided to share the video with you so you can hear for yourself her testimony about the experiences she and her group and her group have had while faithfully praying outside the Columbia clinic and the things they have witnessed. This video is a clip from the Cultural Impact Conference in Ozark, MO this past September.

Here is the full conference if you’d like to watch it. There were a variety of excellent speakers, building up the body of Christ to fight against Missouri’s Amendment 3. Some of the speakers were Senator Josh Hawley, Bill Federer, Seth Gruber, and Tony Perkins. It was a really great conference.
